You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal educational purposes only.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

- Introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful material
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

8. Purchases & Subscriptions
For paid features or book purchases: all prices are in Indian Rupees (INR); payments are processed securely through authorised gateways; subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MBBS Adda shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, errors in content, or examination outcomes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
