Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase on MBBS Adda. Here is how refunds work.

1. Overview

MBBS Adda offers both free and paid features. This Refund Policy applies to all paid purchases including subscriptions, plan upgrades, and book orders made through the Platform. We process refunds fairly and promptly.

2. Digital Subscriptions & Platform Access

Eligible for refund

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • You have not accessed more than 20% of the content included in your plan
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented use and we could not resolve it within 48 hours
  • You were charged in error or charged a duplicate amount

Not eligible for refund

  • Requests made after 7 days of purchase
  • Subscriptions where more than 20% of plan content has been accessed
  • Dissatisfaction with examination results
  • Change of mind after substantial use
  • Promotional or discounted purchases marked non-refundable at checkout

3. Physical Books

Return eligible if

  • The book is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description β€” report within 48 hours of delivery with photographs
  • The wrong book was delivered
  • The book was not delivered within the promised window

Not eligible for return

  • Books that have been used, written in, or damaged by the customer
  • Returns initiated after 7 days of delivery
  • Change of mind after delivery of undamaged books

Return process

  1. Email support@mbbsadda.in within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and photographs of the issue
  3. We arrange pickup or ask you to ship the book back
  4. On verification, refund or replacement is processed within 5–7 business days

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@mbbsadda.in with subject "Refund Request β€” [Order ID]"
  2. Include your registered email, order ID, purchase date, and reason
  3. For book returns, attach photographs if damage is the reason
  4. We acknowledge within 24 hours and respond with a decision within 3 business days

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, contact your bank first, then reach out to us.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription any time from your account settings. On cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period; no further charges are made. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless you are within the 7-day refund window.
